I’ve come to realize that date nights are few and far between when you have a 14 month old. So whenever we do have the opportunity to go out, you best believe I’m getting all dressed up.
There’s one item I’ve been dying to cut the tags off of and it’s this little sleeveless dress from H&M. A mini dress is such a summertime staple and now that August is here, I need to wear it quick before the warm weather is gone. This particular dress is quite form-fitting, so I decided to balance out the look with an oversized leather blazer. Not only is the added layer a great statement piece, but it makes the dress more appropriate for night time too.
I paired the outfit with a Bottega Veneta inspired bag I found on Amazon (amazing quality and such a good price!) A pair of lace up heels and some gold jewelry finished off the look. If this look is a little too dressed up and you want to make it more casual, try pairing the dress and blazer with a pair of white sneakers and your hair in a messy bun for a more relaxed vibe.
